Our emulsifying wax helps to create a stable emulsion over a wide pH range. They are available in Anionic and Non-ionic Grade. They are extensively used in ointments, creams, lotions & other wax emulsions to prepare oil in water & water in oil emulsions. These waxes also confirm to the various pharmacopoeias. Our Anionic & Non-ionic Emulsifying Waxes are offered in 25 kg Cartons.
We supply a wide range of standard as well as customised Rubber Process Oils to cater to manufacturers of NR, SBR, PBR, Butyl and EPDM based rubber Products. RPO is normally classified in three basic types depending upon the presence of Carbon atom, namely Aromatic, Paraffinic & Naphthenic Oil
White Oils are manufactured from highly refined Base Oils and consist of saturated paraffinic and cyclo paraffinic hydrocarbons. The refinement process ensures complete removal of aromatics, sulphur and nitrogen compounds. The technologies employed result in products that are highly stable over time besides being hydrophobic, colourless, odourless and tasteless.Packing Options: HDPE Drums, Mild Steel Drums, Flexi Bag, IBC Container etc. Customised Specifications can be offered on request.
White Petroleum Jelly (White Petrolatum)
These are manufactured from blends of waxes & pure oils. Because of its purity it is widely used as base for ointments, salves, veterinary and applications. It is also used extensively in food processing, plastics, rubber, tobacco, paper and rope industries.
White Petroleum Jelly ( White Soft Paraffin - EP/BP ) is a high purity EP / BP grade white Petroleum Jelly meeting the requirements of US FDA 21 CFR 172.880 , EP - 2013 (European Pharmacopoeia) and BP - 2013(British Pharmacopoeia) Standards.
White Petroleum Jelly ( White Petrolatum - USP ) is a high purity USP grade white Petrolatum meeting the requirements of US FDA 21 CFR 172.878 & 21 CFR 172.880, USP 36 NF 31 (United State Pharmacopoeia) Standards.
Electrical insulating oils produced by distillation of virgin paraffinic and naphthenic crude oils followed by modern technologies involving high pressure hydrogenation and hydro-treatment. All the processes are monitored closely and appropriate Base Oil fractions are selected for further processing. Further processing involves removal of moisture and polar impurities to obtain good electrical properties. The technologies result in products with very low pour point, excellent oxidation stability, cooling characteristics and electrical properties. These properties make them suitable for the most demanding transformer applications.
Our Transformer Oils that meet the following standards
If you want the highest quality with Paraffin Wax the most competitive prices then Derlan Paraffin Waxes are the ones to choose. They are fully refined and are white, odourless and tasteless, with an oil content usually under 1.0%.
A comprehensive range available in melting points from 42°C to 60°C, the harder waxes are available in pellet, powder and slab form.
Paraffin Wax offers excellent protection and water barrier properties making it ideal for coating cardboard and paper especially for the food industry. Due to its ability to blend with a variety of wax based products it forms an essential ingredient in polish, cosmetic and candle manufacturing.
Applications are as follows;
